The TB76xxTU series MMICs integrate a low-noise amplifier (LNA) and bypass circuitry in a UF6 package measuring 2.0 mm x 2.1 mm x 0.7 mm. For extremely space-constrained environments, these MMICs are also available in a CST6C package (TB76xxCTC) with dimensions of 1.5 mm x 1.2 mm x 0.4 mm.
