The basic assembly consists of a chassis, a high-density perforated metal front door, a high-density perforated metal rear panel, two metal side panels, two pairs of 19” rack profiles, four height-adjustable levelers, corrugated cardboard packaging, and stretch film.
Key features include: removable door and panels, door reversibility, tamper protection thanks to key locks on the door and panels, adjustable rack profile depth, an M5 threaded grounding terminal on the chassis and quick-release terminals on the door and panels, pre-cuts in the cover for forced ventilation or cabling, pre-cuts in the base for cable entry with or without brushes, and preparation for stacking cabinets in a row. Its maximum permissible load without reinforcement is 600 kg.
Surface treatment:
Degreasing, phosphating, washing, and oven drying.
Textured epoxy-polyester polymerization with a minimum thickness of 60 µm in RAL 7035 color.
