Amphenol Industrial Operations, a global provider of interconnect systems, expanded its series of compact floating-coupling connectors with three models that integrate power and signal transmission, while reducing misalignment during blind coupling.

Amphenol Industrial Operations offers the TS1 series, a high-performance industrial power connector developed to meet the demand for electrification, which requires rugged and reliable power connectors capable of operating in harsh environmental conditions.

Rosenberger presents the new HVR®25 series, a shielded high-voltage connector smaller than the latest class 2 connectors. It offers a current capacity of up to 40 A with a cable cross-section of 4 mm².

TME's product range has been expanded with the addition of PowerLok™ power connectors from Amphenol GEC. This new offering from a renowned supplier is primarily aimed at manufacturers and electrical engineers focused on the electric vehicle and hybrid automotive industries. Furthermore, the products are also suitable for renewable energy installations, particularly energy storage systems.

Powell Electronics distributes several series of Bulgin's popular Buccaneer range of sealed, circular power connectors for harsh environments. Amphenol Industrial Operations has improved a connector in its H4 family of solar connectors and now offers a new junction box for use in the solar industry. The H4PRO connector and Saguaro junction box are ideal for use in a variety of photovoltaic applications.

Amphenol Industrial Operations now offers its SurLok Plus series in various sizes and configurations. The 10.3 mm Generation 2.0 SurLok Plus in-line connector, the 5.7 mm and 8.0 mm Generation 2.5 SurLok Plus, and the 14.0 mm SurLok Plus with EMI can be used to meet the energy storage and high-voltage connection and transfer requirements in the energy storage and electric vehicle markets.

While some specifications are the same across this product family, each version of these high-voltage wiring systems offers features that differentiate and distinguish them from one another.

Phoenix Contact's QPD STAK 3 and QPD STAS 3 connectors simplify electrical installations. They are specifically designed for connecting motors in blinds, awnings, and roller shutters. Power connection is quick and easy on the field side using the QPD STAK 3 connector. The QPD STAS 3 is used on the equipment side.

Mouser now distributes TE Connectivity's HDC floating charging connectors for AGV/AMR charging. These floating charging connectors feature a compact hybrid design and an intelligent floating system that allows AGVs/AMRs to automatically correct their docking positions. The connectors' hybrid signal and power design consists of two 250V, 80A power pins with a nominal pulse voltage of 4.0 kV and four 60V, 10A signal pins with a nominal pulse voltage of 1.5 kV.

Front-panel mounted equipment interfaces are available with male and female contacts. Integrated anti-twist protection ensures reliable alignment of the equipment against the wall.

Mouser distributes TE Connectivity's HIVONEX PowerTube connectors. Designed to handle large electrical loads, PowerTube connectors offer safe and reliable performance for high-power applications in all hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as industrial and commercial applications. The PowerTube connector series supports a continuous current of up to 500 A, depending on cable size and temperature, and a voltage of up to 1000 V.

Harwin announces that its Kona high-power connector series now features back covers. These back covers, made from aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum alloy, prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) from escaping the connector/wiring into the surrounding environment.

Harwin announces more contact configuration options for its high-reliability Gecko-MT connectors. The new versions have been added to complement the existing symmetrical configurations (2 power/8 signal and 4 power/8 signal).
