- Mini-Fit Plus HCS Terminal (High Current System): The patented Mini-Fit Plus HCS™ terminals allow customers to increase their current loads by an additional 3.0 A per circuit. Featuring a unique elliptical contact recess designed for increased durability, and gold-plated terminals that contribute to a higher number of mating cycles and are suitable for hot-swappable systems, these new additions to the family allow for increased performance without requiring more space or new tools. These terminals are designed for use with all existing Mini-Fit connector receptacles.
- Mini-Fit RTC (Reflow Temperature Compatible) Connectors: Designed with high-temperature liquid crystal polymer (LCP) housings, Mini-Fit RTC™ connectors withstand reflow soldering temperatures up to 265°C and are therefore compatible with lead-free reflow processes. These PCB connectors mate with standard Mini-Fit female connectors and incorporate a standard bias design. They also feature the same design characteristics as the rest of the Mini-Fit family, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
Furthermore, the new products share other key features with the Mini-Fit family, including UL, CSA and TÜV certifications; as well as a lead-free product guarantee and compliance with the RoHS directive.
