Power Connectors

Tyco Electronics' Corcom SR series of power connectors has been expanded with new 20A versions featuring flange mounting and snap-in connections. These additions extend the product offering beyond the previously available 15A options.

Farnell has reached an agreement with Würth Elektronik, becoming the exclusive distributor to stock 45 new connector products from Würth's innovative Power Elements family. This exclusivity agreement is valid until the end of November 2010.

Following the successful introduction of the SolarSpec™ Junction Box for automated installation on the back of silicon photovoltaic (PV) solar modules, Molex Incorporated introduces a junction box specifically designed to meet the growing demand for thin-film solar PV panels. The Molex SolarSpec Junction Box provides the interface between the PV module's conductive tapes and external DC I/O cables.

ITT Interconnect Solutions has released a new version of its popular PowerLock Box with a tab that provides easy and secure sealing over equipment panel holes.
