The Vertiv VR rack is a robust and flexible solution that enables rapid deployment. Eight standard sizes are available, all featuring a frame design that offers approximately 63.5 mm of additional usable depth compared to similarly sized racks, facilitating the installation and maintenance of critical equipment. The rack is complemented by a variety of tool-less, installable accessories to accelerate deployment and simplify rack management.
The basic, monitored, and switched models of the new Vertiv Geist rPDUs are available from stock for quick delivery. The monitored and switched models can measure input power with an accuracy of 1 percent positive or negative, in addition to standard readings including amps, volts, watts, kWh, and power factor. The switched models have many notable features, such as the ability to control power at each outlet, the option to monitor each outlet, and U-lock sockets that secure any cable in place to eliminate the risk of unwanted disconnections. Both models have a hot-swappable communication module for quick field replacement. All models come with a 5-year warranty, provided they are registered within 120 days of purchase, and can also be supported by the Vertiv Distribution Warranty Package, which includes commissioning, installation, repair or replacement, emergency response, and other features.
