It rapidly scans up to 2,000 nm/s, boasts a bandwidth resolution of 20 pm, a high-performance monochromator, and 20 pm sampling to achieve very fast, ultra-precise spectral measurements. Wavelength accuracy is also excellent at ±20 pm in the C and L wavelength bands.
The OSA20 features a wide range of built-in analysis modes and functions that enable rapid analysis for many common applications. For example, channel analysis of DWDM signals, detailed analysis of single-mode lasers, broadband sources, fiber optic amplifiers, and passive optical components. The OSA20 also has a full range of input/output ports, including multiple USB and Gigabit Ethernet ports, to allow integration into a wide variety of test systems.
