Typically deployed in the data center, Visual TruView can be installed as a standalone application or as part of a distributed multi-application setup, while OptiView XG can be deployed as an endpoint at remote sites or in a centralized location. This deployment flexibility is especially useful now that the two applications are integrated. Depending on the problem they are trying to solve, network engineers can take OptiView XG virtually anywhere and have access to shared data with Visual TruView, which improves application performance in troubleshooting and end-user experience. This means that—for the first time—organizations now have fully centralized AANPM visibility with granular local visibility across wired and wireless networks.
An added benefit of TruView's flexible deployment is its ability to grow with the business. While a mid-sized organization might only need one TruView application, more units can easily be added to accommodate evolving network requirements.
