FiberGuard allows for precise, real-time measurement of fibers in service and is a non-intrusive system for production services.
Gómez clarifies that “there is currently no similar product. There are some solutions on the market that measure fiber quality, some on unused fibers that are not in service. A key differentiating feature of our system is that it offers real-time measurements with the detection of potential micro-cuts, unlike other systems that perform sequential sampling of the fiber networks they are monitoring.”
Currently, a dozen Spanish companies in the financial and telecommunications sectors have already tested the FiberGuard solution to secure their corporate communications.
