Avnet Embedded announces a European-wide agreement with Roving Networks, a manufacturer of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules, adapters, and customizable wireless platforms.
The agreement adds a wide range of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth solutions to Avnet Embedded's portfolio, including the RN-131G, a complete compact surface-mount TCP/IP solution, and a multitude of serial interfaces supporting RS232, RS422, and RS485 in a variety of surface-mount, through-hole, and other configurations. Roving Networks' API software eliminates the need for software drivers and simplifies development, delivering low-power, high-quality wireless connectivity at competitive prices.
