Getronics and IFS have strengthened their strategic alliance to jointly approach the manufacturing, shipbuilding, construction, energy and services markets, through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Asset Management and Maintenance (EAM), Contract Management, Work Order and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
The collaboration extends to the entire sales and implementation process, and also includes the maintenance of IFS solutions. Getronics has an IFS center of excellence, which includes a team certified in project methodology and product functionality, as well as offering extensive experience in integration with the company's other systems.
As part of IFS's new expansion and growth strategy, Getronics assumes a leading role thanks to its geographic coverage and in-depth knowledge of the solution, demonstrated by the projects implemented in recent years. Getronics will support IFS throughout the various stages of the opportunities undertaken, providing clients with access to infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud, as well as the coverage of the existing Security Operations Center (SOC) in Spain.
This alliance is now complemented by an international agreement, leveraging the global presence of both companies, which can assist clients in their expansion and deployments.
This will be further strengthened this year with upcoming campaigns, industry events, and the launch of a new version.
