This acquisition will allow GTI to complement its CSP platform in Spain and Portugal, as well as provide a competitive and high-quality protection service for the entire Office 365 ecosystem to both existing and non-existing customers, offering licenses through traditional licensing and MSP models. Trend Micro Incorporated, for its part, will benefit from GTI's CSP expertise, in addition to its extensive channel coverage in the SMB and SME segments.
