The INTEC Foundation contributes its experience in entrepreneurship, startup investment, innovation and digitalization of the agri-food sector to the technology company Minsait, with the aim of jointly submitting proposals for all projects in which the technology company participates, related to the agri-food chain.

Both organizations will collaborate jointly on the following aspects, within the scope of agri-food activities:

• Joint development of value propositions

• Opportunity generation.
• Project development
. • Preparation of reports for the development of new platforms.
• Launching Artificial Intelligence initiatives applied to the agri-food sector.

The INTEC Foundation specializes in the creation, development, and dissemination of activities focused on innovation and digitalization of all organizations participating in the open innovation ecosystem of the agri-food chain, and especially in the world of accelerating agri-food startups that provide disruptive solutions to the main challenges of the sector.

Among its most notable activities is the promotion of the EDIH Andalucía Agrotech DIH project, along with 26 other entities. This project has been designated by the European Commission as the first officially recognized 'European Digital Innovation Hub' (EDIH) in the Andalusia region, becoming part of a European network of excellence that will drive the digital transformation of SMEs.

For Minsait, this agreement aligns with its Phygital offering of comprehensive solutions for connecting the physical and digital worlds (OT/IT), specifically in the areas of infrastructure operation and asset management. This offering addresses the accelerated transformation of physical world management through digitalization, focusing on three trends: the blurring of lines between IT and OT, the exponential growth of connectivity and data analytics capabilities through Artificial Intelligence, and the transformation of value chains with an increasing emphasis on sustainability.
