Its international manufacturing and technical support facilities serve a variety of sectors, including industrial automation, alternative energy, oil and gas, power and utilities, transportation, wastewater treatment, and many more.
Red Lion's CR1000 HMI panels, now available from Mouser, enable operators to monitor and control multiple devices, both on-site and remotely. With two serial ports and one Ethernet port, these HMI displays can simultaneously connect to multiple serial and Ethernet devices, such as PLCs, motor drives, barcode scanners, and more. Red Lion's Crimson software offers intuitive drag-and-drop communication setup, while the integrated image library allows programmers to create intuitive operator displays and messages. These HMI displays are available in sizes from 4.3" to 10.4" and support over 300 common industrial protocols, handling up to 20 simultaneous protocol conversions.
Red Lion's PAX® panel meters feature a 5- or 6-digit, 14 mm (0.56") red or green LED display and operate with a wide range of power supplies for greater design flexibility. PAX panel meters support inputs for count, speed, time, current, voltage, process, strain gauge, and temperature, making them suitable for a wide variety of applications. With the ability to add and replace optional cards as application and communication requirements change, these meters offer a cost-effective and field-upgradeable solution.
The PXU series PID controllers accurately handle process inputs, thermocouples, and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), while their large dual displays provide clear, real-time visualization. PXU PID controllers deliver a precise control signal (proportional to time or analog DC output) to maintain a process at a specific setpoint. These controllers allow the user to select between PID, on/off, and manual control modes. PXU controllers offer two customizable control outputs for reverse or direct flow applications (heating or cooling).
FlexEdge™ modular gateways allow users to easily add cellular, Wi-Fi®, serial, or USB connectivity to industrial equipment. They offer a wide range of automation and network configuration features, along with scalable I/O, reducing the need for numerous hardware and software tools. By combining features such as protocol conversion, routing, and cellular gateway capabilities into a single solution, FlexEdge devices eliminate the complexity of managing separate systems. Designed for easy configuration and customization across diverse industrial applications, FlexEdge acts as a secure and scalable link between modern automation platforms and legacy production environments.
