All sales responsibilities, including initial and subsequent customer contact, Ortronics product presentations, and sales support, will be handled by NC Technologies Ltd under the supervision of Ortronics, a Legrand Group brand.
Under this agreement, all technical expertise, including R&D, product development, sales engineering, and commercial responsibility, will be developed and maintained by Ortronics, a Legrand Group brand. Ortronics will continue to have on-site technical support throughout the EMEA region in collaboration with NC Technologies Ltd to train and support customers. Ortronics will also maintain a customer service function regarding pricing, lead times, and availability.
