The agreement, signed by representatives of both companies, establishes a framework for cooperation to promote technological opportunities that strengthen industrial sovereignty and the positioning of the Spanish defense industry.
The two organizations will work together on the development of advanced communications systems, including SatCom terminals, electronic and electromechanical integration, as well as the industrialization and maintenance of electronic equipment. The agreement also includes the provision of solutions for managing the lifecycle of national and international systems.
A Monitoring Committee will be created to define the common strategy and oversee the projects resulting from the collaboration. This alliance is integrated into the Armed Forces' modernization programs and will contribute to generating thousands of engineering and production jobs within the Indra Group and its supply chain.
