The Group has developed three key product and service families: the Cybels platform, a comprehensive cybersecurity services platform that includes risk assessment, training and simulation, and detection and response to cyberattacks; the Sovereign products, which include encryptors and sensors to protect critical information systems; and the CypherTrust product range, to meet data protection, cloud security, and access control requirements.

The 546 employees of Maxive Cybersecurity located in Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg and Belgium will be integrated into the 2,000+ cybersecurity organization at Thales.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2022 and is subject to customary regulatory approvals. Stifel Europe Bank AG (“Stifel”) acted as Maxive’s sole and exclusive financial advisor.
