Aiuken Cybersecurity was founded in 2012 by former Telefónica executive Juan Miguel Velasco, its current CEO, who will remain at the helm after the acquisition. The company has experienced growth of around 40% in recent years, and its projected revenue for 2022 is approximately €20 million, with an EBITDA of 10%.

Trill Impact is working to lead the cybersecurity ecosystem in Europe by building a group, which will be called Allurity, and which will comprehensively address the growing need for cybersecurity services that has occurred in recent years.
