The company has business operations in 50 countries worldwide, with 13 production facilities located in all major global markets. "With the acquisition of Stelvio Kontek SpA, we welcome a highly specialized electromechanical component and connector company to the Würth Elektronik eiSos Group portfolio. At the same time, we are making a substantial addition to our production capabilities and product portfolio in the connector sector," commented Managing Directors Oliver Konz and Thomas Schrott.
Stelvio Kontek's product portfolio includes standard and customer-specific components in the areas of terminal block connectors, wire-to-board connectors, I/O connectors, flat ribbon flexible cables, fuse holders, and reed sensors.
