This will include the reasoning behind the forecast that just under 22 million EU households will be connected by FTTH/B in 2017 and what this means for the Digital Agenda goals. It will also explain why Russia will remain the largest national market with over 15 million households connected in 2018. The seminar will also examine some countries individually, investigate the role of incumbent and alternative operators, and explore the balance between FTTH to MDU and SDU.
