The new 1100 series features a modern design with beveled corners and two rounded sides.
The base is injection-molded in ABS (light gray similar to RAL 7035; other colors available upon request).
The covers are offered in three versions: injection-molded ABS (1100 series), impact-resistant smoked polycarbonate (1102 series), or 1 mm anodized aluminum sheet (1103 series).
The covers are mounted with four M3 screws that thread into brass bushings inserted into the case itself, with the screws concealed by rubber caps.
The recess in the covers is designed to facilitate the mounting of membrane keyboards or any other component that needs to be mounted on them.
Internal space is maximized due to the absence of PCB guides; the case itself uses integrated bushings for securing the PCBs.
The entire 1100 series of enclosures has an IP54 protection rating.
All series are available in six sizes, ranging from 90 x 50 x 31 mm to 220 x 140 x 90 mm, and are suitable for a wide range of electronic equipment where enclosure depth is critical.
Furthermore, these enclosures can be machined, painted, and assembled according to customer specifications.
