The corresponding cable glands with M20 to M40 threads can be freely combined with all B6, B10, B16, and B24 size aerial or mating housings. The ability to adjust the cable exit direction eliminates 70 percent of the required variations for aluminum housings. This reduces logistics costs and increases availability.
Within a temperature range of -40 to +100 °C, the industrial plug-in connectors are compatible with standard connectors in terms of connection and mounting, including their PE lead contacts. All standard fixed and modular accessories in the B series format can still be used. The new additional and socket housings fit into the standard wall and mounting holes of the heavy-duty connectors.
