The metal housings are approximately 40% lighter. Despite their compact size, there is ample space for wiring multi-pole or large-section cables. The conductive surface and conductive gaskets, combined with a suitable screw connection, provide excellent EMC properties. The flush-mounted housings can be secured with two or four screws, making them suitable for extreme forces and speeds. Fixed-mount covers can be used to securely close off temporarily accessible interfaces.
Optionally, a new bulkhead housing can be mounted from the front or rear. This also provides appropriate IP and EMC protection on the connection side. The plastic housings have also been redesigned. The integrated cable gland securely seals both large and small cable diameters. A wide range of contact supports ensures the safe transfer of signals and power up to 40 A.
