The new ArmorBlock I/O options can be mounted anywhere on a machine, resulting in shorter cable runs and lower wiring costs. They utilize molded nickel-plated zinc enclosures, incorporate QuickConnect functionality, and offer diagnostics on a universal EtherNet/IP digital I/O block to reduce commissioning and troubleshooting time.
Three IO-Link hub blocks help reduce design complexity by allowing more devices to be connected through the IO-Link master. An L-coded M12 power connector on select blocks supports higher current, enabling more blocks to be daisy-chained and resulting in lower wiring and installation costs.
For businesses that use separate I/O blocks for digital inputs and outputs, ArmorBlock I/O modules are an ideal choice. They provide 16 self-configurable digital I/O channels with the flexibility to be used as either digital inputs or outputs, depending on the application's needs.
