When upgrading a security system, Synergis Cloud Link's open architecture allows you to leverage your existing access control infrastructure and easily migrate to an IP solution. It also offers a more efficient approach to multi-site deployments and eliminates the need for on-premises servers, reducing total cost of ownership. Furthermore, the Synergis Cloud Link IoT gateway features built-in functions that maintain access control even when the server connection is interrupted. Synergis Cloud Link also provides enhanced cybersecurity through user data encryption, secure boot, and an EAL6+ compliant secure element that stores cryptographic elements.

The device is compatible with non-proprietary access control modules from leading manufacturers, including HID Global, Axis Communications, ASSA ABLOY, Mercury Security, Allegion, SimonsVoss, and STID, among others. A single Synergis Cloud Link device can support up to 256 readers and electronic locks, 600,000 cardholders, 150,000 offline events, and monitor hundreds of zones and alarms. Synergis Cloud Link also features a new firmware design that improves reliability and lifecycle management, including updates. Furthermore, it allows for containerization of the software running on the device, expanding its future capabilities.
