FBD0324 S wall box with IP65 protection with 16 outlets, 24 splice tray and 1x8 splitter module
The COFITEL Group presents two new IP65-rated terminal or distribution boxes, offering an efficient and economical solution for fiber optic network access in buildings. They can be wall-mounted or pole-mounted.
The FBD0324 model has twenty-four outputs and a module for twenty-four adapters, while the FBD0324 S includes a tray for twenty-four splices and a 1x8 splitter module (two-module option).
The two wall boxes allow the couplers and splices corresponding to a maximum of twenty-four SC type connectors and two splitters (1x4, 1x8 or even 1x16 for the FBD0324) to be housed in their separate compartments.
Both versions have four cable inputs up to 12 mm, with the ability to convert two of them into an oval-type input, and sixteen outputs for pigtails or access patch cords for FTTx (fiber to the home).
Made of gray, UV-resistant plastic, the boxes measure 335 x 295.5 x 117.2 mm and weigh 2.3 kilograms (empty). They close with a hinged lid, airtight seal, and key.
The boxes are supplied with splice holders and capacity for twenty-four fibers, splice protectors, transport tube, cable organizer with ties and accessories, wall or pole fixing elements and opening tool.
Common options include 1x4 and 1x8 PLC splitters. The FBD0324 can be equipped with a 1x16 splitter, while the FBD0324 S can incorporate an additional splitter module.
