These boxes offer a multifunctional and versatile solution, as their different versions allow them to be used as distribution or access points within buildings.
Manufactured from UV-resistant gray plastic, the GF-KSW-24 and GF-KSW-48 units can be used indoors and outdoors, mounted on walls or poles.
The new wall-mounted boxes accommodate couplers, splices, and splitters in their two separate compartments. The fiber inside has the precise bend radius to prevent additional attenuation.
These models feature cable entry and exit points via cable glands and closure with a hinged lid, airtight seal, protective cover, and key.
GF-KSW-24 Boxes.
These units, measuring 385 x 260 x 110 mm and weighing 1.9 kg, have two inputs and four outputs with a panel for 24 connectors and up to 72 splices. They are available in three versions:
• GF-KSW-24 A: three cassettes for 24 splices each on the lower tray and a panel for 24 SC couplers on the upper tray;
• GF-KSW-24 B: three cassettes for 24 splices each on the lower tray and space for two (1x8) SC splitters on the upper tray;
• GF-KSW-24 C: three cassettes for 24 splices each on the lower tray to accommodate up to 72 splices.
GF-KSW-48 Boxes.
These boxes, measuring 530 x 390 x 130 mm and weighing 2.5 kg, have four inputs and eight outputs with a panel for 48 connectors and up to 144 splices. They are available in three versions:
• GF-KSW-48 A: six cassettes for 24 splices each in the lower tray and a panel for 24 SC couplers in the upper tray;
• GF-KSW-48 B: two cassettes for 24 splices each in the lower tray and space for four (1x8) SC splitters in the upper tray;
• GF-KSW-48 C: six cassettes for 24 splices each in the lower tray to accommodate up to 144 splices.
