The SS110 includes an RFID tag attached to the newly designed fiber holder; this tag allows the stripper to automatically select the most suitable program for the fiber, eliminating the risk of failed strips due to incorrect program selection. Furthermore, the SS110 features an automatic stripping mechanism that ensures easy operation and consistent stripping results.

Along with the SS110, the CT110 and CT111 cutters have been upgraded from the CT101/102 models to offer superior cutting performance and time-saving automation.

Both cleavers are equipped with an automatic blade position change mechanism that adjusts the blade height to ensure consistent cutting quality. The new automatic tension adjustment properly tensions the fiber for easy, precise cuts. The RFID wireless communication function reads the RFID tag attached to the newly designed fiber support, selecting the appropriate cutting program for the optical fiber.

With these new features, Fujikura guarantees improved cut quality, reduced setup time, and greater efficiency for a variety of applications. The CT111 also features an angle cutting function, providing added versatility for cuts between 0° and 15°.
