The coating machines feature easily interchangeable molds for common coating sizes, including 196 µm, 255 µm, 280 µm, 450 µm, 670 µm, and 1000 µm. All machines consist of a programmable resin injection system and the ability to coat colored or uncolored fiber. The FSR-06 and FSR-07 machines include test gauges to assess fiber strength after coating.
The FSR-05 lining machine is the only model without a tester and is ideal for manufacturers who do not require constant testing after each coating. The FSR-06 model includes a tester with a linear clamping system for devices where reliability confirmation is required. The FSR-07 includes a mandrel tester and is ideal for reliability testing, as well as voltage-to-failure testing.
All fiber lining machines feature automatic and easy operation, as well as mold and coating material interchangeability. In addition, the liners include a PC interface via USB. Compatible with the special recoating compound, the liners provide increased coating rigidity for 900-micron fibers.
