This acquisition, which follows those of connectivity operator Prored and cloud service provider Unelink last November, creates synergies to continue innovating in connectivity and voice solutions, as well as a wide range of cloud solutions. It is part of Aire Networks' strategic plan to consolidate its position as a global operator in communications, technology, and services for operators and businesses.

LCRcom, founded in 1999, is a telecommunications service provider for the SME segment in Spain, offering unified communications services to more than 17,000 companies and with a network of over 400 distributors throughout the country. Carlos Gató, LCRcom's current Commercial Director, will continue to lead this business unit, driving growth in the enterprise solutions market.
