Amphenol expects the CCS business to generate full-year 2026 sales of approximately $4.1 billion. Upon closing, the acquisition is expected to have a positive impact of approximately $0.15 on Amphenol's diluted earnings per share in 2026, excluding acquisition-related expenses. The CCS business will be integrated within the Communications Solutions segment.
