Today, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) are changing how businesses use and deploy technology. They are evolving toward pay-as-you-go models, which offer flexibility but require the same levels of protection and security as their on-premises systems. This is leading to the creation of hybrid platforms with new challenges and demands. Commvault enables MSPs to offer services that quickly and securely protect, manage, store, and retrieve data in these environments.

With this agreement, both companies will offer MSPs the possibility of building a broad catalog of services based on Commvault's data management platform, which offers backup, protection, archiving, migration, replication and disaster recovery, as well as Office 365 user and endpoint protection services, in a simple and scalable way.

“This is a natural step in our relationship with Arrow, which has proven to be a great supporter of Commvault in Spain over the past few years,” says David Benito, Commvault's Channel Director for Iberia. “Together, we work to offer data management solutions that deliver real value to companies as they face their digital transformation. This is the same value that service providers who work with Arrow and rely on our solution will also be able to offer.”.

As Miguel Gómez-Centurión, Head of the Cloud Division at Arrow ECS, explains, “Business behavior is constantly changing, and much of IT transformation hinges on shifting the purchasing model from on-premises infrastructure to a managed, pay-as-you-go service. For this reason, traditional IT partners must adapt to this model and offer pay-as-you-go services and infrastructure. Backup and Disaster Recovery are prime candidates for this shift. Commvault has responded to these needs with this program, which will help partners and MSPs meet customer requirements.”.
