area CustomerwThe new Customer Experience Centre reflects Emerson Network Power's commitment to providing a comprehensive range of data center solutions designed to meet the increasing complexity of user infrastructures. The facility will allow Emerson Network Power customers to experience a wide variety of technologies firsthand, supported by ongoing guidance from engineering and R&D specialists.
Customers visiting the center will be able to witness pre-installation demonstrations showcasing the technical performance, interoperability, and efficiency of Emerson uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems under real-world field conditions. These processes can be observed from the facility's control room, where real-time performance metrics and reporting are available, along with full visibility of the demonstration area. The center can host up to 750 test runs per year, including simultaneous full-load tests of up to 4,000 A, making it a unique facility in the EMEA region.

Technological innovation is one of Emerson Network Power's top priorities. In this regard, these installations will include the next generation of their Trinergy™ UPS: Trinergy Cube. Trinergy was the first UPS to combine the three industry-standard operating modes into one solution, and the first high-power UPS with an adaptive algorithm that continuously monitors power supply and load conditions and automatically selects the most efficient operating mode.

The new generation of Trinergy UPS systems is ideal for enterprise-scale data center installations, providing a highly efficient static solution for large applications traditionally served by rotary UPS systems. Businesses can expect lower energy consumption, resulting in reduced CO2 emissions and lower energy costs, thanks to the Trinergy Cube's optimized efficiency under partial load conditions. These units offer enterprise-class UPS performance with hot-swap scalability up to 3 MW, a level of scalability unavailable in any other solution on the market.
The new Trinergy Cube range was designed incorporating customer feedback from its close relationship with Emerson Network Power. The next-generation Trinergy units will offer businesses enhanced total cost of ownership capabilities, including an average operating efficiency of 98.5% and increased power density per core, up to 370 kVA.
Customer showroomCustomers will benefit from the Trinergy Cube's flexible design, which allows the UPS to be deployed in various data center environments and across broader geographic regions. It is also the only UPS unit on the market that supports hot-swapping at these specification levels.
“In the EMEA region, one of Emerson Network Power's main concerns is working collaboratively with its customers to solve their business and technical challenges. Our new Customer Experience Centre significantly enhances these relationships and offers an unprecedented opportunity to experience the latest data center technologies,” commented Franco Costa, Vice President and General Manager of AC Power for Emerson Network Power in EMEA. “We continue to offer some of the most innovative data center infrastructure products on the market. Our next-generation Trinergy UPS is a testament to this: we are committed to leveraging strong customer relationships, sharing knowledge, best practices, and experiences to continuously provide them with industry-leading solutions.”
The Customer Experience Centre is part of Emerson Network Power's largest investment in its new logistics center in Italy. All regional logistics will be managed from these central facilities. In its commitment to customers and to strengthen quality within EMEA, Emerson Network Power is significantly developing its staff and distributor training academy through a series of programs managed from the academy's headquarters in Bologna and delivered throughout the EMEA region. This allows the Emerson Network Power team to ensure it continues to offer the highest standards of technical excellence and support to meet customer needs.
