Four new operators, from four different continents, have joined the Sigfox family:
• COGNIX. In collaboration with Latin American partner WND, local operator COGNIX will bring reliable, low-energy IoT networks to Costa Rica.

• IoT Net Adria. Taking advantage of the great opportunity to replicate in its market the know-how accumulated with Sigfox in other countries, the Croatian Sigfox operator is expanding Sigfox coverage in Eastern Europe.

• IoT Tunisia. With an expanding manufacturing sector, the demand for IoT solutions in Tunisia is high. Together with Sigfox, IoT Tunisia can meet this demand and stimulate high-tech growth.

• Platt Nera. The collaboration aims to connect hundreds of thousands of objects, as Thailand is currently investing in smart cities, smart energy, and other digital projects that will transform the country.

Rodolphe Baronnet-Frugès, Executive Vice President of Operators at Sigfox, stated, “We are thrilled to be working with our new partners. This step marks another milestone in fulfilling our vision of a global IoT network. We look forward to collaborating with our new operators to help their local ecosystems effectively scale IoT solutions anywhere in the world where the Sigfox network is present. Together, we are building a future where life will be better.”.

Other developments within the Sigfox operator ecosystem: in Ireland, Sigfox operator VT has signed a €1 million IoT subscription with Dunraven Systems, a market leader in the design and development of ultrasonic fuel tank monitors; in Australia, the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) is now a key investor in Sigfox operator Thinxtra, which is using Sigfox technology to make Australia's energy industry more efficient; in Singapore, Sigfox partner UnaBiz has developed Ratsense, which helps the pest control industry locate and monitor rodent populations; IoT Sweden is using Sigfox's low-power network to develop smart crop monitoring devices for the new smart agriculture; in France, Airbus has chosen Sigfox to optimize its supply chain; in Spain, postal services company Correos has partnered with Sigfox to streamline its logistics processes and track its assets in motion; In Germany, BrakeForceOne is collaborating with Sigfox to integrate IoT sensors into its electric motorcycles and bicycles.
