The project, in collaboration with local System Integrator Planetcomm, involves the supply and commissioning of 33 stations (46 DVB-T2 transmitters integrated into cabinets) with power ratings of 200W, 400W, 600W, and 1kW from the Fourth Series range, as well as training, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
TRedess's Fourth Series range includes transmitters and gap fillers for the DVB-T, DVB-T2, and ISDB-T standards, for both MFN and SFN networks.
The Fourth Series solutions are equipped with Ultra Wide Band Doherty technology, which guarantees very high efficiency by covering the entire UHF band with the same amplifier hardware. The Fourth Series solutions feature a highly intuitive web interface with prominent displays of MER measurements, shoulder strength, efficiency, and an output signal spectrum visualization. The Fourth Series devices allow for optimization of the MER by setting an efficiency value, or conversely, optimization of efficiency by setting an output signal quality (MER) value. The Fourth Series Gapfillers utilize the TRedess DEEC system.
