IPN/CNMC/004/22: On the provision of very high-speed broadband services in areas where deployments by operators are not expected in the coming years.
IPN/CNMC/053/21: On the deployment of 5G in the 700 MHz band without affecting DTT.

Regarding the analysis of regulated markets, the CNMC again identified Telefónica as an operator with Significant Market Power (SMP) and included it in the list of the five main fixed and mobile telephony operators. In addition, it processed 928 applications related to the Register of Operators and 242 new agents registered.

In 2022, two reports on draft regulations in the audiovisual field were also issued:

IPN/CNMC/035/22: on the Preliminary Draft Law on Cinema and Audiovisual Culture.
IPN/CNMC/028/22: on the draft Royal Decree on the regulation of commercial communications for food and beverages aimed at children.

Finally, the triennial report on Media Literacy, approved in December 2022, stands out.
