Moxa's DA-Center provides even more open and standardized ways to collect real-time status data from remote I/O devices and interact with the final database or Microsoft Excel/Access. The program works in sync with Active OPC Server and the open OPC technology, the most commonly used for data communication between industrial devices. This also allows the use of any ODBC-compatible database, such as SQL or Oracle, to exchange process data with Active OPC Server.

Users can now record data from the Active OPC Server directly to their database without any SQL preparation or programming, effortlessly and without requiring expertise. Thanks to the "Active" environment provided by Moxa solutions, the entire data recording process is simple and efficient, with reduced bandwidth usage and faster response times, allowing for the simultaneous control of more remote devices. Furthermore, DA-Center also provides a utility for creating graphs that generate real-time data from recorded files or the database for later analysis and study. Moxa is distributed by Tempel.
