As a solution provider for the IoT platform, Advantech not only develops hardware products but also offers the corresponding integrated software to provide a complete solution for our customers. SQFlash and SQRAM products feature dedicated management utilities that allow users local access to real-time status, such as SSD lifetime and memory operating temperature. In the AIoT era, the ability to manage via cloud platforms is essential for system deployment and maintenance. Leveraging our expertise in SSDs and memory for IoT applications, we have integrated SQFlash and SQRAM monitoring functions into Advantech's cloud-based DeviceOn management solution. Real-time monitoring and a complete history of SSD and memory operations can now be accessed remotely via a redesigned, user-friendly dashboard. In addition to SSD and memory information, the dashboard provides system metrics such as power stability and connection reliability, offering further insights into system dependability.
Since 2019, the new SQFlash product series have incorporated internal AES-256 encryption compliant with the TCG-OPAL standard. Together with our SQFlash Security Utility, customers can leverage this robust and easy-to-use data protection mechanism in their own solutions. Advantech has updated its Security Management Utility to support multiple operating systems, enabling customers to easily manage their OPAL-compliant SQFlash products in diverse environments. Customers can configure OPAL protection and manage disk authentication in the BIOS by integrating our EFI-compatible utility.
Since late 2019, Advantech has been collaborating with Acronis to build an advanced secure backup and recovery management utility that integrates the Acronis solution and TCG-OPAL security commands.
