The new 1.00 mm pitch dual-row (S1SD/S1SDT Series) and single-row heavy-duty crimp (S1SS/S1SST Series) series offer a double-blade crimp contact system for reliable wire-to-board connection. This pin and socket system is available with robust positive latching for increased retention, up to 20 pins in total, a choice of PVC or* Teflon® wire in 28 or 30 AWG, and dual or single termination with a minimum mounting length of 4.57 cm (1.80 in). Surface-mount terminal strip (T1M Series) is available in space-saving right-angle or vertical configurations. Optional "pick and place" pads are also available for precise PCB placement.
Samtec offers a wide selection of discrete cable systems as complete assemblies or individual components, ideal for a variety of application requirements. Tiger Eye™ assemblies are designed for rugged applications, featuring highly reliable Tiger Eye™ contacts with 0.80 mm, 1.27 mm, or 2.00 mm pitches, while Mini Mate® and Power Mate® discrete cable power systems feature individually wrapped contacts.
