First, a new on-demand cabling service helps customers avoid the costs associated with owning tools, training, and inspection. With this service, Harwin can assist in developing system prototypes and pre-production cycles, as well as meeting all customer requirements during the volume production phase. Several options are now available to meet customer needs, minimizing engineering effort and costs. These options include male, female, or free-spinning terminations, standard screw-lock or reverse-lock connections. Hundreds of possibilities are available, encompassing 24 different termination combinations, two signal cable sizes, and cable lengths up to 10 meters. Back-encapsulation also provides enhanced strain relief.
 
In addition to complete wiring kits, pre-wired Gecko-MT contacts are now available. This means customers can handle the assembly after crimping. Single and double male contact formats are available for power supplies, as well as male-to-female contacts. Cable lengths of 150mm and 450mm (in white) are in stock, while 300mm lengths and others, such as red cable, can be supplied on short notice. Pre-wired signal contacts are also available.
