Available in multiple pin configurations, the cable assemblies conform to the de facto industry standard and therefore fit seamlessly into existing M23 infrastructure. The low-profile, pre-assembled, overmolded connector can be installed in under a minute, reducing maintenance costs, machine downtime, and connection and assembly errors, while also achieving significant space savings.
The attached connectors conform to the IP67 standard, protecting the internal components against dust ingress and allowing for temporary immersion in water at a depth of 1 m. Supplied by default with WSOR cables, the cable assemblies are resistant to damage from multiple substances and are suitable for typical harsh environments, including welding spatter and cutting oils. The 12- and 17-pole signal cable assemblies are available with green shielded WSOR cables, and the 19-pole version with black shielded WSOR cables, while the 6- and 8-pole power cable assemblies come with standard orange shielded WSOR cables. Available in numerous standard lengths, from 1 m to 20 m, the cables offer excellent flex and twist resistance across a wide operating temperature range.
