SIF Series – Heavy-Duty Single-Core Cables

These are single-core cables, with conductor flexibility class 5 according to IEC 60228, whose outer sheath is made of a special silicone resistant to temperature, ozone, seawater, and UV radiation. For fixed connections, these cables have an operating temperature range of -60°C to 180°C. Furthermore, the cables are halogen-free according to IEC 60754-1, self-extinguishing, and flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1. They are highly resistant to acids, alkalis, and some oils. They are commonly used in the metalworking industry, electric motors, and even plastics factories. Available in cross-sections from 0.5 mm² up to 150 mm² and in a wide range of outer sheath colors: white, brown, black, red, blue, and green-yellow.

SIHF-J Series – Flexible and Durable Multi-Core Cables

Unlike the SIF series, the SIHF-J series consists of multi-core cables with silicone insulation, resistant to high temperatures. They are used for both fixed and mobile connections, without forced routing. Like the SIF series, they are manufactured with conductor flexibility class 5 according to IEC 60228, and their operating temperature ranges from -60°C to 180°C. They are halogen-free (according to IEC 60754-1) and flame-retardant (according to IEC 60332-1-2). The cables are intended for use in dry and damp environments. They can also be used in outdoor applications, but are not suitable for underground installation. In SIHF-J cables, the conductors are marked according to DIN VDE 0293-308 with colored insulation (up to 5 conductors), and from 6 conductors onwards, the insulation is black, numbered, and includes a protective conductor. The cables are available in cross-sections from 0.5mm² to 16mm² with a number of conductors from 2 to 24.

SIHF+C Series – Flexible shielded cables for industry

This is a series of multi-core cables with Class 5 conductor flexibility. Unlike the two previous series, this one is shielded with a tinned copper braid, providing approximately 85% shielding coverage. The shielding prevents electromagnetic interference that negatively impacts data transmission efficiency. These cables are a good choice for industrial applications where EMI/ESD interference is a concern. As with the SIF and SIHF-J series, the outer jacket is made of high- and low-temperature resistant silicone. In case of fire, it is flame-retardant and emits low levels of toxic gases – it is halogen-free according to IEC 60754-1. Conductor markings are in accordance with VDE 0293-308: up to 5 conductors are color-coded, and 6 or more conductors are black-coded with printed white numbers, and include a protective conductor.

These cables are designed for use in dry and damp environments. They can also be used in outdoor applications, but are not suitable for underground installation. The nominal voltage Uo/U is 300/500V. They are available with a red-brown outer sheath and in cross-sections from 0.75mm² to 2.5mm² with 2 to 7 conductors.
