These highly reliable connectors utilize the high amperage and low insertion force of RADSOK's patented contact technology and can be field-installed without special tools to reduce machine downtime.

Amphe-GTR connectors feature a reverse bayonet coupling, providing quick connection and disconnection with a quarter-turn mechanism. They also incorporate a flexible coupling cover, coupling nut, power input, and other high-performance components.
 


There are different formats available, including three, four, or five-contact versions; a compression cable termination (stop screw) for 6-10 mm² or 16-25 mm² cable sizes; and silver-plated contacts. The connector series is highly adaptable and easy to use thanks to its easily replaceable contacts, female parts, complete plugs, and power inputs. Each connector is continuously rated at 120 A thanks to RADSOK technology, which offers up to 150% more current-carrying capacity than standard contacts. These connectors allow for higher currents at higher temperatures, from -55°C to over 125°C. Thanks to these characteristics, these connectors can be used in the harsh environments for which they are designed without wear or damage.

 


Furthermore, RADSOK technology offers a larger contact surface, resulting in increased conductivity. This is achieved through the hyperbolic grid connection. Amphe-GTR also offers high resistance to shock and vibration, is waterproof, and features a composite housing with a UL94V-0 flame-retardant rating.
