DEUTSCH Industrial Vehicle connectors have been manufactured for seventy years and have an excellent reputation for providing reliable, high-performance connectivity in harsh environments with dirt, dust, humidity, salt spray, vibration, and chemicals. The DIV range is suitable for the industrial and commercial transport sector (trucks, buses, utility vehicles, agricultural vehicles, and recreational vehicles such as boats and snowmobiles).
The DEUTSCH DRB series offers a range of rugged connectors for road use, as well as in the marine, industrial, and agricultural sectors. They are designed to accommodate multiple wire gauges and have a large pin count: from 48 to 128.
The rectangular connectors in the DEUTSCH RDC series are sealed, have 24 to 76 contacts, and accept sizes 12, 16, and 20.
The DT, DTM, and DTP ranges include sealed wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connectors. DT connectors are used in harsh environments where even a small degradation of connectivity can be critical. The thermoplastic housings, gaskets, and silicone backleads withstand extreme temperatures and humidity.
The environmentally sealed, cylindrical thermoplastic connectors in the DEUTSCH HD10 series have 3 to 9 contacts and accept sizes 4, 12, or 16. They are often used for diagnostic applications and are available with or without a mating ring.
The HD30 and HDP20 series multi-pin circular connectors, designed for trucks, buses, and off-road vehicles, are heavy-duty, sealed, and available in metal or thermoplastic housings, with contact sizes from 4 to 20.
