hanyellockwebThe key features of this family are its universality and efficiency. The multiple insulators it offers allow it to meet a wide variety of power and communication needs. A single connector can transmit power signals up to 40A/690V and highly sensitive communication signals, such as those used in Ethernet applications. Multi-pole versions and modules for optical data transmission are also available.

One of the main advantages of the Han-Yellock® series is the option to include multiplier modules. These modules simplify the wiring system, facilitating the elimination of terminals, as they allow common input and output connections to be grouped. Unlike a traditional connector where connections are one-to-one, Han-Yellock® connectors allow, for example, one cable from the overhead line to be connected to two, three, or four cables from the base.

Furthermore, the ease of handling and use of this connector should be emphasized. The locking mechanism integrated into the housing allows for connection by simply pressing the air adapter onto the base. Disconnection is very intuitive; just press the connector's locking buttons. The locking mechanism secures the connection, making it disconnectable only by manually rotating the locking buttons or using tools.

HARTING's Han-Yellock® range also ensures excellent EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) protection thanks to the locking system between the two parts that make up the connector housing and the direct electrical connection between the housing and the adjacent surface. This is especially important when transmitting critical signals.
