Brad HarshIO compact Ethernet modules are available in fixed and user-configurable I/O versions, where the PROFINET controller can configure (via the GSD file) each port as an input, output (up to 0.5 A), or universal digital channel.With an IP67 rating, Brad HarshIO modules offer protection against dust and liquid ingress and are vibration-resistant. Machine mounting saves space in the junction box and reduces wiring costs in the field. An integrated 100 Mbps switch with two ports transmits data in full-duplex mode and enables daisy-chain cabling, further reducing costs. The Molex-patented Ultra-Lock® connection system with push-to-lock mechanism ensures a quick, secure, and IP67-compliant connection of power cords for rapid commissioning.
The HarshIO's flexible, 8-port design supports high-density I/O points for connecting sensing devices, actuators, or any simple digital signaling device in a compact footprint.
