The FOK machine is a fiber optic cable blowing machine designed to blow cables into pre-installed telecommunications ducts and microducts using compressed air. It has three vane options: 9-14 mm, 14-18 mm, and 18-22 mm, allowing it to blow cables from a minimum of 9 mm to a maximum of 22 mm at a speed of 80 m/min. The duct diameter can range from 20 mm to 50 mm.
The speed and cable installation direction can be adjusted using the control valve. An outlet box provides a highly efficient supply of pressurized air into the telecommunications ducts. The quick air connection simplifies operation with a simple plug-and-play method.
Lubricating oil can be transferred to the pre-installed duct using the shock lubrication system to reduce friction between the duct and the cables.
Two pneumatic motors ensure powerful cable blowing. The air entering the telecommunications ducts can be switched on or off using valves.
