The increased print width allows for numerous additional applications to be incorporated into mobile label printing, such as perforated non-adhesive work-in-process labels, common-size nameplates, and larger non-adhesive labels for cables, wraps, sleeves, asset labels, component labels, and GHS-compliant chemical labels.
The i4311 incorporates a battery capable of printing 5,000 large labels on a single charge. Changing the battery is very easy, and it can be charged in 3.5 hours.
The new BradyPrinter i4311 allows you to print labels from phones, tablets, and laptops, and even from your company's mainframe systems using Brady's Software Development Kit or ZPL compatibility. In addition to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, the i4311 also features Ethernet and USB-C connections.
The printer's integrated 7" (178 mm) touchscreen offers on-device support and the ability to print labels directly from the printer. Users can store an average of 85,000 label templates on the printer, which can be populated using the integrated touchscreen "fill" option.
Brady also unveiled the features of the i4311 printer, developed in close collaboration with the company's long-standing customers. As a result, the printer's size has been reduced to 23 x 23 x 33 cm and 5.9 kg, and the device's ergonomic handle has been improved.
A battery-saving mode for periods of inactivity has also been added, and battery replacement has been further simplified.

The i4311 is compatible with over 1,300 Brady label references and can print on most reliable, lab-tested Brady label materials. Like all Brady printers, the i4311 features LabelSense technology, which automatically adjusts the material's thermal intensity, label size, and pre-print parameters when loading a label roll.
The company's latest label printer also works with a suite of free mobile apps from Brady Express Labels. These apps allow you to select text from an image file, for example, and import it for printing on a label. You can also scan barcodes with a phone and send them to the printer. Labels can be printed hands-free using voice commands with BradyVoice, a smartphone's microphone, and the BradyPrinter i4311.
