Mesh Wi-Fi network without a router with the new FRITZ!Mesh Wi-Fi Set 4200 #mesh-without-router #wifi-network
FRITZ! introduces the new FRITZ!Mesh Set 4200 wireless packs, offering for the first time the ability to create a Wi-Fi Mesh network in homes or offices without the need for a router.
These new packs include two or three FRITZ!Repeater 3000 AX wireless repeaters, which support tri-band Wi-Fi 6 technology and achieve speeds of up to 4200 Mbps, even with multiple devices connected simultaneously to the same access point. They are also compatible with the Mesh networking protocol and are designed to provide simple and efficient connectivity.
Easy installation without depending on the router
The FRITZ!Mesh Set 4200 is available in two versions: the 2-pack of Wi-Fi repeaters, which is ideal for homes and offices with up to four rooms; and the 3-pack of Wi-Fi repeaters, which is recommended for larger spaces, between four and six rooms.
Setting up the new FRITZ!Mesh Set 4200 is quick and intuitive. Simply connect one of the repeaters to your network with a LAN cable, and it will act as the central unit of your mesh network, eliminating the need for a dedicated router. In just a few minutes, all your devices at home or in the office will be connected to a unified wireless network, free from interruptions and interference.
One of the FRITZ!Repeater 3000 AX repeaters manages the network, ensuring stable connections, maximum speed, and optimal coverage in every room. All repeaters work in coordination within the mesh network, optimizing data traffic distribution and guaranteeing the best connection at all times, without relying on the router.
Thanks to tri-band technology, the FRITZ!Repeater 3000 AX achieves speeds of up to 4200 Mb/s, enabling a smooth connection for video calls, streaming, online gaming, and downloads. All connections are protected with WPA3/WPA2 protocols to ensure user privacy and protection against unauthorized access.
Each repeater features two Gigabit LAN ports for connecting wired devices, ensuring maximum connection stability for computers, game consoles, or smart TVs. The system automatically optimizes data traffic distribution to prevent overloads and provide smooth browsing. Furthermore, network management can be easily accomplished via the MyFRITZ!App or the intuitive FRITZ! interface.
Finally, the energy-saving function and the ability to disconnect the Wi-Fi network at night help reduce power consumption when the wireless repeaters are not in use. Furthermore, FRITZ! offers regular free firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security, as well as the continuous addition of new features.
“The number of wireless devices in homes and offices continues to rise, driving increasing demand for Wi-Fi Mesh solutions. With these kits, you can achieve optimal coverage without a router, enjoying a flexible and powerful network for all users. We remain committed to innovation and ease of use to consistently deliver the best connectivity.” highlights Ralf Muntean, Country Manager of FRITZ! in Spain.
