COFDP16SC wall box for branch circuit in plant
The COFITEL Group presents the COFDP16SC model, an indoor wall box designed for floor branching (connection of vertical distribution cables with single-fiber drop cables).
Especially suitable for situations where individual service drops are not advisable, the new junction box allows for separate compartments to house trays for up to sixteen fiber optic splices and sixteen SC-type connectors each. It also allows for the output of up to sixteen pre-connectorized service drop cables.
The COFDP16SC, which is made of high-quality UV-resistant plastic, has sixteen SC/APC adapters with hinged covers and can accommodate two 1 x 8 splitters or one 1 x 16 splitter in PLC format.
It is also characterized by supporting a fiber bending radius of up to 30 mm, a lateral pressure of up to 2000 N / 10 cm, an impact resistance of up to 20 Nm and an operating temperature of -10 to +70 °C, as well as by four cable entries for up to 12 mm.
The COFDP16SC is supplied with four cable retaining washers, three plug + screw units, eighteen cable ties and a helical tape.
This wall box with IP54 protection measures 231 x 152 x 59 mm and weighs 600 grams.
